base of skull injury
Can whiplash to P90X plyometrics?

I had a strong right side of the skull base (upper neck), pain for 2 weeks. Began shortly after making the running jumps squatting in the rear facing after the jump. I that the pain would go away by itself, but so far that is not the case, I am still on the same level of pain I was on day 1. Muscle pain patches do not relieve pain. The only thing that helps is 4 ibuprophren only to remove the border. I have curious if anyone else out there has experienced this kind of pain after exercise? I rendezvous in the programming of a draft resolution, but do not want to if not 100% necessary in order probably just make a home remedy anyway. Looking for others who may have dealt with this pain or injury.

Plyro've done many times and have never had this type of neck pain. (You can not walk by one week lol). But with most of P90X workouts are a lot of pain for the next few days (which means it is running). I do not know if you have had a previous neck injury, but should probably schedule an appointment. because I doubt Whiplash is a typical after-effect of making the training. Perhaps also the future try to make a modified version slower than the two exercises and see if that helps.
