Wear eye pack refrigerated just before bedtime

Prepare a strong cup of tea bags, and then chill the bags most of the water dripped out. Apply the bags with closed eyes for 15 minutes during a nap or end of a long day.

Take collagen tablets, but consult your doctor dose and frequency of such food supplements.

Consult your doctor if any of the above are useful to you, as a problem may be related to something else that needs attention.

Do not use Preparation H. It can be very damaging

Do not buy expensive creams, they do not work

Do not just cover the problem up and forget it. Try to solve it not, hide it.
